Hi, my name is Ava Colaluca! I am a second year Organizational Leadership major and a member of the University of Cincinnati Dance Team. The UC Dance Team is a 7x National Championship winning program and one of UC's Spirit Squads. I joined this organization to be a representative for the University of Cincinnati and to compete against other world class college dance teams. The UHP Leadership Roundtable helped me navigate leadership through the coronavirus pandemic and virtual dance practices. I also gained valuable insight on how to effectively fundraise while ensuring the safety of the team, coaches, and donors.
