Hello! I am Garrett Butler and I am currently in my second year at UC studying Business Analytics.

Kolodzik Business Student Association: A student board that represents and plans events for the Kolodzik Business Scholars cohort.

Why I joined KBSA and What I do: Coming into UC I interviewed and accepted into the KBS program within the college of business and it helped me greatly. At the end of my first year, I wanted to join the exec team and help the program in the future. My role now is in charge of the mentorship program that gets Freshman acclimated to being a part of KBS.

What I learned from the UHP Roundtable: Trying to run a mentorship program for 160 people can be pretty difficult especially when it becomes virtual. Luckily, many of the discussions at the UHP roundtable were about increasing engagement and morale in the virtual setting. I have learned a lot of unique methods that have proved successful for other groups on campus and have been able to use these ideas within my mentorship program.
